Features of STRAP Tag

It shares data about the Servicing, Refilling, Hydraulic Pressure Test (HPT) and Life of Fire Extinguishers as per Indian Standard (IS:2190 - 2010)
While using LWS, the service person will have to physically touch the Tag provided on the fire extinguisher with mobile to access all the information regarding the device / cylinder
Exact date and time of activity performed can be tracked
Data gets uploaded directly through mobile to cloud and is easily accessible from anywhere
Key features include get Expiry, HPT due and Refill due alerts via mail and notification.
Choice of Service Provider remains with the company
Three Stage Admin login (upload initial data into the system), Service provider login (mobile app for service engineers and technicians) (upload status) and Company login (can view and download reports).
Ability to Sync data manually or auto sync if connected to internet.
Service provider can only upload data and can only download reports.
Reports are available as soon as uploaded by the service engineer
Reports can be downloaded in Excel format for any further analysis.
Reports can be viewed online / offline even while travelling on laptop or mobile.

How to use STRAP Tag Mobile Application?

01. LOGIN CREDENTIALS

First the Service Engineer / Technician must login to the app by using given credentials.

02. SERVICING / AUDITING

Select your requirement in the application as

03. SELECT CATEGORY

Select the category of equipment you would like to service

04. SELECT EQUIPMENT

Select the type of safety equipment you would like to service

05. SCAN EQUIPMENT

Screen to scan an QR/NFC tag will appear there. We must scan Or tap ON QR code NFC tag respectively

06. OPEN SCANNER

Once QR/NFC is selected scanner will open scanning window to read the QR code or NFC tag respectively

07. POSITION TO SCAN

Phone might be required to be positioned to scan the code/tag on the equipment

08. SELECT SERVICE

Selection of service should be made. Incase the equipment is observed to be in condition select ‘OKAY’ if servicing is required select ‘NON-SERVICEABLE’

09. STATUS REPORT

On selection of service the screen will open the equipment information page displaying the current status of the respective equipment
